Default Cigarette Lighter(s) aren't working, 1998 Mustang V6

I have a 1998 V6 Mustang Coupe, and a month or so ago my car phone charger stopped working. I thought it was just a piece of junk so I scrapped it and got a new one... but, it turns out, that didn't work either. Sceptical, I tried it on another car and it worked. So, I'm just wondering if you guys know what it could be.
I was thinking it was a fuse, and looked up the diagram for the Mustang Fuse Box, but the fuse that is used for Cigarette Lighter is also used for the Power Seats and "Power Point" whatever that is. And those are still working (At least the power seats are)
Any suggestions, guys? Thanks for the help in advance.

Check your connections on the back of the lighter. Also, check your wires going to/from it. Sometimes they just burn out from overuse......

True. But, isn't it odd how both stopped working at the same time? That's why I haven't torn it apart yet 'cause I thought it was like a fuse or something.

Is there anything else it can be?

all i could guess is go to auto zone and get a fuse tester and test all the fuses. VERY rare that a wire would burn out before the fuse. which is the point of the fuse

Believe it or not, but your seat is also hooked to a fuse in your PDI box labeled convertible top. Lower left hand 30 amp fuse......
