Your transmission is 4R70W, and a very popular shift kit for our automatics is the Jerry Mod "JMod".

A brief history you ask? You'll find it all here: VAP Auto - J-Mod Kits

I'm going with a B&M Hammer Shifter with the JMod. FRPP T-Lock/4:10s as well. BOiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!

ewwww?

T.M.I!!! (Too Much Information!) Other than the JMod, you could alos take a look at some of B&M Racing's high-performance Torque Converters.

You're welcome man. I've been helped a lot from this site too.

Also, you should talk to Steven from VAPAuto.com. He'll help answer your 4R70W Questions more profoundly.
