They probably added a touch over 20hp, but not 40-45.
I had almost an identical setup prior to my heads and cam, and with the heads and cam I only made 220 rwhp, or about 260 bhp.

All you really have is a CAI, exhaust and tune. That is not going to add 40-45hp on a V6. Like said you probably got 20-25hp at best.

I was thinking each mod (CAI, Exhaust, UDP, Tune) added +/- 10hp at the crank.

Sadly that's not the way it works. Stop using ricer math and use rwhp numbers like the actual enthusiasts.

Thats not ricer math, it's power at the flywheel and based it when comparing the factory hp between the gt/v6

Yes it is. Mods do NOT compound upon one another. If that were so I'd be making well over 550hp at the crank but I know that it's more like 450hp.

Power at the flywheel means nothing. Anyone seriously involved in the automotive field will tell you that. The only reason car companies use crank hp is so that there can be a standard for rating motors since different vehicles give different percentages for driveline loss (as with Mustangs where it's generally regarded that 5speeds/6speeds generate 15% driveline loss and autos generate 25% drivetrain loss).
