I was wondering if anyone knows if I have a professional mustang mechanic put a SCT superchip in my mustang plus have a dyno test done is safe for my 2002 V6 3.8L engine?

How do you find a location in my area to install one. I was thinking about the 4 bank chip, but I dont know if I want to install it like I did on my last car. a dyno tune wouldnt be a bad idea, I have the same car and plan on doing a few more things before I get a custom tune to correct everything.

You could google HP performance and find where they're located and ask about dyno tuning.

id ask around, any performance parts store would be aware of who dynotunes in your area. my area has one thats highly reccomended and they dont work with sct tuners only diablo. so thats something you might want to check BEFORE buying a tuner. some may work with only one brand like the one i have here locally.
