Exclamation Vapor lock problem

1986 mustang 3.8 liter i drive for awhile then she vapor locks on me what can i do to fix it?

are you sure it's vapor locking. what have you done to determine this. is it losing fuel pressure or just cuts off then restarts.

it dies out let cool off for a little while restart it hit the throttle and you can hear the carb sucking air

vapor lock is a fuel's natural reaction to the elements. the only way to avoid vapor lock is to not use the car if you're just gonna roll a very short distance, like from your house to the next block. some people wrap their fuel line with foil but i dont exactly know the details about it.
