Question Help!

I was wandering if 96 and up 3.8L mustang parts (heads, intake manifold, headers) will fit on my 92 t-bird. If you do i also was wandering if you could give me websites where i could find parts. Thanks.

All single port 3.8"s from 89-98 are basically the same. The later (96-98) heads have smaller Intakes bolts and smaller valve stems for a bit more flow. The Taurus intakes are a little different as the TB bore area is shorter due to being side mounted.

This site offers info on all 3.8's.http://www.babcox.com/editorial/ar/ar90134.htm

Mustang parts fit on the T-Bird. I have 2 Birds modded with various parts. The 96 Mustang headers are awesome additions to a cast manifold T-Bird.

These sites offer parts:

Extreme Effects is just setting up but they have some wicked sounding packages with great dyno numbers. Tell Steve I sent you if you check them out.

Here is a pic of my coated 96 Mustang manifolds. They fit the bird but come close to the steering shaft. The 96-97 T-Bird runs the same style manifold but with more bend at the collector to clear the steering shaft better.
