Any Suggestions? Cheap tricks for v6ers 1999 to 2004

Just looking for some cheap tricks associated with our v6 mustangs. I've seen the home made spacer trick for the accelerator pedal to raise it up to the same level as the break for heel-toe driving. Anyone have any cool cheap DIY tricks and tips?

Well I have a 1994 3.8 and I am building a cold air intake out of three inch PVC pipe with a stock filter that is slightly altered. It's under $38.00 to build!!

You could do a gasket match p/p job on your intakes as well as throttle body I suppose. lol That would give you a small amount more power if you could pull it off. Just take your time when you are doing it and try not to groove or dig into the sides of the intake horribly. lol
