Question 1995 Mustang 3.8 Idle and vacuum leak?

I just purchased this car, it had a blown head, so I replaced both heads. I got it put back together and heard a vacuum leak. I found that the leak is coming from around the fuel injectors and it needs new o-rings. Also, you have to keep your foot on the gas or the car stalls out. My question is once i get the new o-rings on will this take care of the problem. Also, my oil gauge in the dash reads nothing. Any suggestions?

you're valley pan gasket (lower intake gasket) is probably leaking. look for oil near the firewall on top of the bell housing of the transmission. Did you torque down the intake to the correct inch-pound and in the right order? Did you use RTV and not give it the 12/24 hours it needs to cure? did you clean the mating surfaces really well?? Been there, done it, and yea, I did it 3 times in 2 days because I didn't pay attention!
