i've been helping a buddy of mine with a 97 mustang he just bought and weve run into a little problem. when we push the brakes they go straight to the floor. The resivior is filled with fluid, and it isnt leaking, does anyone have an idea what the problem could be.

the hydrovac or brake booster should hold air every time you brake. replace the master repair kit.

if a master repair kit ain't available then replace the hydrovac or master cylinder itself.

thanks i didnt relaize they make a kit for, but im sure glad to hear that they do, ill get to lookin for one

Is there air in the lines? You can do a gravity bleed......

I agree , try bleeding the lines , and if you dont know how , get a chiltons manual...

i've got a manual for it so ill try to bleed the lines and see if that does anything for it
