Question P0301 Error Code 2002 Mustang 3.8L V6

We have a 2002 3.8L V6 mustang that is very sluggish when taking off and seems to miss will cruising at a constant speed. The check engine light came and I had AutoZone tell me the code.

It is a P0301 which is cylinder 1 misfire. They told me the OEM cross number was P0316 which is the crank sensor failure.

I replaced the crank sensor and nothing changed...

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks

Could be ignition, fuel injectors, fuel pressure, EVAP problem.

Have fuel pressure checked and make sure you don't have a damaged/leaking injector.
