Default 1999 crankshaft pulley removal

I finally got my pulley kit from rpm outlet. The only problem is that i cant get the old crank pulley off. Any suggestions/techniques?

Thanks

Did you get the bolt off yet? The bolt is tricky because the crank pulley will want to turn when you are loosening the bolt. I used a metal bar wedged in the pulley and part of a bracket on the engine.

From there you need a puller/pusher to get the pulley off and the new one on.

Don't forget to put a little gasket/silicone gel where that groove is on the new pulley (the alignment groove for the crankshaft). It helps keep oil from coming out.

Spray a little PB Blaster on it, then try again.

Yea, If you can get an impact wrench in there that will help. I wasn't able to on mine.
If the bolt wont budge, get a larger breaker bar. A longer bar will work better. Were you able to get the pulley to stay put while loosening the bolt?
