1999 Mustang front bumper

my front bumper never meets with fender fully it always looks flimsy and weak. i think the brackets on the bumper cover weakened. is there any fix to make it align with the fender or fix the brackets

?

Are the 2 nuts inside the fenderwell broken off?

no, none the bolts or nuts are broken.

Are you talking about the side where it meets the fender wells. I think there are rivets there or there are rivets holding the support bracket on.

yeah, the brackets are touching the fender but one of the rivets is not touching the fender u can actually see it from the outside, its the rivet right at the corner of the bracket or the one closest to the headlights
