Default starter removal help
okay, folks, i just registered this morning and need assistance already. 1996 3.8 v-6, auto trans....how many bolts holdin the starter on? what's the trick to gettin the top one off that i can see, but cant seem to get a wrench on and can get a ratchet on but cant turn?

It is easiest to go through the a-frame inside the wheelwell with a long extension and universal......
