Default Lots and Lots of Carbon for Everyone!

I've got plenty of carbon if anyone needs any, I took my EGR Valve off as well as my IAC thing and cleaned them out because my car idles at about 1200 usually and it holds revs up to 2500 in between shifts (manual obviously) and it didn't help and I think it's because there was so much carbon. You see when I took everything off it was cram packed with carbon and although I got it out of my parts, I can't get it all out of the intake and all. I got some out by spraying carb cleaner on an old shirt and shovin' it in different holes (sounded funny, eh?) about 1 jillion times. So I seafoamed it and a bunch of stuff came out of the exhaust, I mean a retarded amount. So it may need another seafoaming. My question is, what is the next step to cleaning or just improving that idle in general? Because you know there's gotta still be a **** ton still in there. BTW, 1999 V6 5 speed 157,000(just turned)

Sorry for writing a book,
Brandon®
