Seat Belt Buckle wire, How to reconnect? 1997 Mustang
1997 Mustang V6 Coupe
My seat belt buckle had a wire running from it to the floorboard. The seat belt light/chime never worked. I just found it ripped completely out; I guess it got caught in the power seat track! Does anyone know how to reconnect the wire to the buckle?
i hate that ding i wish my wire would get disconnected, but did you take it apart, there should be a connection of some sort in there already, check it look for soldering points

One end has 2 bare wires, (probably the end the previous owner had disconnected so the chime/dash icon would not work), and the other end has 2 "points", like it might have been soddered.
The problem is, that I do not know where the wires are supposed to be connected inside the buckle, and right now I can't even get the buckle open to look.
