Default Slow speed shutters

Hey,

I have a 2000 Mustang Convertible.

Before I put in new plugs and wires the car would kinda sputter/missing out and hesitate at slow speed/rpm.

I just installed new spark plug wires and spark plugs and it still does it.

The gap on the plugs are at .054 the are factory plugs, because my car is all original.

Does anyone have an idea what can be going on?

Thanks

Is there a way to test the coil pack?
