Default Frozen front caliper? Back brakes have rust on them??

My wife's car has some issues and I was hoping to get some input from some others...When at 60+mph for more than 20 minutes you get a horrible growling noise and when you press the brake pedal the whole car shakes. So I tried just pulling up on the e-brake to see if that isolated the problem and it seemed to but not for sure. I checked all the brakes and the front wheels are very hard to turn by hand, I think the driver's side caliper is frozen. The back rotors have a ring of rust in the center of the wear area but when I had the back end up you could tell the brakes are working and I checked all the caliper pins and they are fine. So my theory is that with the front caliper pistons not moving anywhere the rear brakes are not actuating very much? This is very frustrating as I checked the front rotors and they have about .008" of runout and you can't turn the driver's side wheel by hand the caliper is so stuck. Any thoughts? Replace the front calipers and see if the rear brakes start wearing away the rust ring? Please help-

Welcome to the site!!!! The shake is warped rotors.I suggest to replace both calipers, front hoses,pads....on the rear,do a clean an adjust and go from there.
