Aloha forum,
I just need to know something. I purchased a new RAM clutch kit and the dimensions are, 11x1 1/16-10. I was told that there it would be a good idea to buy a new flywheel when you buy a new clutch but to my surprise, I cant seem to find any place that sells flywheels for a 98 3.8 ford mustang???? Can someone help me on this one? Also with the dimensions I described, does the flywheel have to be within that size dimensions??? Thank all of you ahead of time for any replies to this thread.

You don't need a new flywheel. Just get your current one resurfaced. All they do is shave it down to take out the hot spots and make it even. Cost is around $25.00 or so.

Remember to mark you flywheel in relation to your position when you take it off. I just mark it with a permanent marker in the 6 o'clock position.......

Aloha shinerstang, damn that was the best feedback yet! I think thats a great way to start a drinking party by atempting to say certain names. I kinda wish you were in Hawaii so that I could take you to some fantastic places and meet some unreal names while drinking some good drinks.
