To say its not a big deal is not completely true. It depends how bad it is and where its leaking. It the leak is large enough, the check engine light will kick on, and then the gas mileage will start to degrade. In worst case, it the leak is at any of the primary tubes, it can cause a burnt valve. I would just try and take it easy on the car, and get it fixed as soon as you can.
