1/2" impact wrench with a 6-point deep impact socket. The flat tip thing you so call it, is the stud. That should never turn bc it should be welded to the flange......

right, the flat part is at the end of the stud, i used channel-locks to grab that to spin the stud, one of them are almost out, but the other barely moved. my studs arent welded, they're bolted in; theyre just rusty/siezed.
what size 6-point socket? i still dont see how any socket will help seeing as how there's no nut.. i dunno, i dont need it off anyway they've been replaced.
