Default 94 Mustang v-6 to a 89 V-8 swap questions

I just took the engine out last night. I am wondering, when I put it in, what computer program should I go with? The 89 engine or 94 car? This is my first mustang and I want her to run prestine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Any other information about it you could put in would help also. Thanks guys.

I am trying to find the complete wireing for the conversion. If you know of anywhere other then the ford dealer and what the exact name of it is, I would appreciate.

What else will I need for this conversion. I am having people tell me different things(not you Guys). I was told it cant have an 89 v-8 because it is set for a 94 v-6. Other than the wireing harness, what else would I have to get fo rthis.

Engine harness and computer off the 89......

All the mounting points are the same, and 5.0 slips right in......
