Default Dead cylinder - i think it's fuel related

I have a 94 3.8 Automatic, Fresh rebuild less than 10K ago and I seem to have a condition where #6 injector is not squirting. It runs like it's got a dead hole as the P0306 code would suggest.
I have good spark, new wires and spark plugs and replaced #6 injector, but the new spark plug does'nt even smell of fuel. What tells the injector to squirt? I've got good compression (160psi) a new camshaft position sensor. I'm lost...........any ideas?????

Computer controls the injectors. Get a digital multimeter, pull the injector connector and using the DC volts setting, make sure you have voltage at the injector.

I got 11.7 to 11.9 volts at the injector plug with the key on.
(can't get a reading running with the plenum in the way)

You need to check the injector pulse. It is not the red wire, it is the other wire that receives the pulse from the driver......

You should always have power to the red wire with the key on.
