hey all,

Ok so this might be dumb, but here it goes,

I want to buy the 94-95 v6 CAI for my 95 stang,

Will i need a tune for it? or can i just drop it in?

Also can someone define to me what a tune is? and what are the effects? does it have to do with my transmistion and where i shift at? i have an auto if that is of any help.

You just need to disconnect the battery to reset the fuel maps.

A tune/tuner is something you get when you start to really mod your car. If you get a hand held tuner, you can change things like shift points, timing, WOT fuel, gear ratios, etc......
