Default 2003 Mustang v6 Power loss

I Recently had my Spider gears changed (before thanksgiving) one cracked and i had to get them replaced. about a week ago i had my Y-pipe removed for divorced duals. now a week later i am feeling a huge power loss. Since yesterday ive felt a little pressure on the gas pedal and brake pedal but i thought it might be because i need a brake line flush. When i drive now i have almost no power. i can accelerate fine, but when i go more than half way down on the pedal i have almost no power i feel like i have about 90 HP. It began feeling like i had a flat tire so i thought this might be the problem. But the more i drove the more i realized it had to be either an engine or transmission problem. Also around the 16th of NOV. i had a CEL for about 2 days. when to autozone to get a code reader and they were out the guy said come back tommarow. i got in my car and the code was gone. car ran fine until the gear cracked.(the cracked gear was my fault). I have a 2003 v6 conv. with 60,XXX recently had oil changed.(changed spark plugs myself about 5 months ago). Also there seems to be a slight sound from the raer wheels almost like small pings. deffinately doesnt not sound liek the the gears. any ideas??

Also i have a pypes exhaust, BBK CAI, Diablosport tune.

It sounds like a drivetrain problem. Did a reputable shop do the gears? I mean, they could have messed something up. Have you gotten a t-lock? Did they just replace the carrier or gears and carrier? Where did they get the parts?

Autozone or Advance can read the codes for you. You don't need to buy one from them. I bet the CEL has something to do with it. True duals add more mid-high end power......

Default well

The shop is probably the biggest shop around and they have a separate department just for Drivetrains. The car ran fine for around 700 miles so i am questioning if it is the drivetrain? If the CEL light has been off for over 1000 miles do u think there could still be a problem. and the autozone and napa by my house no longer read codes. and shops charge 45$. I believe the gears came from a reputable company also. and no i to not have a t lock. thank you for your reply =)
