I have dual pypes violators with stock manifolds and cats,then an H-pipe connected to where i cut the Y off. I think it sounds great. Aggressive and not ricey. It doesn't sound like a GT and most v6's won't but i love the sound. Also, i don't notice much drone either, but then again, i like listening to my car.
