Default 1995 V-6 Mustang T-5 Transmission swap. Speedometer is wrong
I just put a new T-5 Transmission in my 1995 V-6 Mustang and now the speedometer won't work right. The Transmission was a 1996 I believe.

My guess would be speedometer gear. How far is it off?
