I don't know if it helps you since you have different shops around, but around here for an h pipe flow master 40s and dual 3 inch chrome tips I was quoted 550 Dollars.

Shops overcharge for their mufflers. I would buy them separate. The tips too prolly. I got my exhaust fabed up for $190 and got turn downs right before the bumper. It has the clean look- the drone of dumps plus I didn't have to pay for tips.
