putting a twin turbo in a v6 2001 3.8L

i was wondering how powerful could i make my 3.8 2001? i want to throw a twin turbo in it, and i know that would cost a lot, because you have to change the transmission, the pistons, exahust and all of that. but how much power could i get in that car without spending more then 10g and if i could even get a twin for under 10?

P.S. i know half of you will say just get a gt or v8 but i really like my car and have wanted to tune it up for a while.
