stang 
before modding it, you might to figure out why you have low compression in one of your cylinders.
a good thing to do for hp would be to do a split port head&intake swap from a 99-04
stang, you'd see about 40hp from that. doing that would be a good excuse to replace your head gaskets, if they havent been replaced already.
