I would just use the same oil you have been using, some people have recommended to me that the high mileage Valvoline is all they will use, but I haven't had any personal experience with it. As for the sea foam it will clean stuff up for sure, and it shouldn't hurt anything when used right. I always do about half the can through a vacuum line such as the brake booster line, and half in the gas tank.

Oil change 
Its also time for an oil change should i go synthetic or conventional. Im thinking about sea foaming it too is that a good idea?
