Default rear end, nitrous, or torque converter???

hey i have an auto 2001 v6 with intake exhaust and diablo tuner. i want to buy either a 8.8 rear end off a gt with 3.73 gears, or a 3200-3500 torque converter, or a nitrous kit. which two of those three mods would i be best off getting?

lol, true...

also, if you plan on using nitrous in the future, it couldnt hurt to have a strong rear-end that can handle it without worry.

im sure you've considered it, but if its 1/4 mile times your focusing on, 4.10's may be a better choice for you since you have an automatic.

ya i have thought about 4.10's but i figured 3.73s would be the way to go for me because i use my car as a daily driver and will be doing a lot of highway driving this summer

hah thanks man, ya for the rear end i think im gona get a 8.8 out of a gt and throw some 3.73's in there. how much of a difference did you notice from your stock gears compared to the 3.73's and how much do you think the 4.10's would effect gas mileage?

ehh 373 over 3.31 from a stand still i noticed

def not the best for going to race at a 60 MPH rolling start! then again my clutch was slipping.

but i love them
i prolly lost 1 or 2 MPG i put on 180 miles and used 6 gallons. but that was with alot of 3rd gear driveing i still made 24 mpg i think ( includeing the 3rd gear driveing) so i think im at 25-26 mpg

4.10s usually 3-4 mpg is the word

i went from 2000-2450 rpms at 70 mph.

450 more dont sound bad till u go on a road trip lol.

but if ur gonna add that bottle 373's are the way to go
