Engine Vibration at 1k RPM on a 94 V6. How to tell if it is the Harmonic Balancer?

Hi

I have a 94 V6 Mustang with an engine vibration at around 1k rpm. The vibration occurs in neutral or drive. Other members have kindly offered advice and suggested it could be the Harmonic Balancer.

What is the best way of checking to see if this is the problem?

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Try to see if there are any cracks on it anywhere.
