'86 Mustang Low Idle. Replaced part... still not working.

Alright... Here is the issue.

Fiddled with the "idle screw" didnt work. So I got an "Idle Speed Controller Actuator" AKA that little motor looking thing that has wires coming out of it. I just installed it today.

Still sitting at 500RPM while in drive. This is not good at all and I dont know what to do. I am seriously at my wits end.

Any and all help would be absolutely fabulous guys.

Have you pulled any plugs to see what they look like? When was the last time it was tuned up?
