I have a 1995 V6 3.8L ford mustang. Now im looking to buy a new exhaust sytem, id like it to sound real aggresive but not overly loud. Any suggestions?

i like flowmaster...keep low rpms( under 3,500 ) and they sound great!

Go with an x pipe or an h pipe if you want to upgrade to dual exhaust.

Try looking at this thread. Maybe that will help in your decision. Don't even bother looking at ssstang's cause yours will NOT sound like that unless you have serious mods haha.

i was in your shoes until about two weeks ago. i have been wanting a dual exhaust, but nothing that sounds like a v6. i had my muffler guy cut off the y pipe, and fill in the driver side section with a pipe straight from the cat to the existing muffler back. the other side was all brand new piping, with both mufflers on the car changed to a chambered turbo. its a nice sounding muffler that looks like a glasspack, but is really just a turbo muffler. i am planning on getting an h pipe put in, but the sound now is nice. its not overly aggresive, but at higher rpms, it also doesnt sound like a ricer. i would recommend this system over flowmasters anyday. that is with a stock v6. man that was alot to get out. lol
