well, I haven't experienced a leak YET, but my rag is separating from the rear plexi window and I would be curious to know if they make an adhesive specifically to re-affix the rag to the window. The more I mess with it, the more it separates.

Anybody got any info???

i found out that the bolt holding the lift cylinder came off and the line pressed against the frame and snapped the line at the bottom of the lift cylinder, what i did is just jimmy rig it with tubing from a washing machine discharge hose and went out and got more fluid to fill the pump. all and all ford Canada wanted $537 CND to fix it i spent about $37CND and now it works perfectly fine!

ive got a 97 v6 vert. has 3 or 4 holes from bad weather and treatment(prior to owning it). looking to patch or replace the entire top. the top is still very stable and sturdy. so if i could just repair them without the top looking like a hobo sock it would be great. that vynel repair kit and iron on patch looks like it could work wonders. i just might give that a try.

I used a 'contact cement' from Lowes. You use a scraper and cover the edge of the window completely and the top material. Let dry 20 minutes to 25 minutes then put together. Squeeze for 15 seconds on each area. Yer done !

Default leaky seals

The top on my 04 vert is still good, but the seals are worn. Where can I get new seals and what does it take to replace them?

The previous owner of my car spent almost $900 Canadian to get a new top put on my '94.
