Gary was losing a ton of power trying to spin the F1, he needed a custom crank pulley with a cog setup basically.

im looking for a 8.8 rear end to upgrade to so breaking my rear end isnt really a concern right now, i just dont wanna be destroying my engine

The blower at 12 psi probably sucks up 30hp at the most, they effect engine life like anything else but if you have a good tune you will be fine. You can make more than 300hp with an m112 (or any other supercharger) and if you get tired of the m112 then you have whipple/kennebell. yeah maybe I should of reworded that a little better it was more of an example so in other words
  1. just go for the supercharger
  2. make sure you get all your parts and done right
  3. get it tuned right after or risk your engine
  4. and burn some rubber
