Default 2000 v6 what to add for more power

i have a 2000 3.8l v6 mustang and i want to know what upgrade should i do next? i have $700 to spend and i'm going to make some more over the summer. i already have a cai and h pipes, gt take offs, magnaflow mufflers, i want to eventully get it supercharged or turbo'ed, i was think a sct flash tuner would be the next thing? or maybe new gears and diff lok? i just need to know where to go from here

oh ya and this car is my daily driver so it cant have that bad of gas milage. i have heard that gears make your car get 3 or so mpg less but an under drive pully will give you 3 more mpg so they will cancel out?

I've heard some people not notice a difference in mileage with gears. Sometimes it allows you to get into a higher gear quicker with an auto. If you're planning on supercharging, pullies will be of no use to you later, as you'll have to take them off anyways. Just a heads up.
Gears and a tuner sounds like a nice combo, though, and you should feel the difference.

the m90 from the tbird s/c wont fit the split port 3.8L's.
ssm sells an adaptor plate to mount the m112 from an 03/04 cobra, though...
for an auto transmission, 4.10's are the recommended. as far as mpg's, just slow down a little when cruising on the highway/interstate. in the city, your mpg's should go up slightly, because the engine doesnt have to work as hard to accelerate, and i've heard from other members that the auto tranny will shift into OD by as slow as 35mph.

udp's dont raise gas mileage a whole lot, id say maybe 1, maybe 2mpg on a good day, even less if you only go with a 25% vs a 42% reduction.
also, if using the m112, udp's are recommended.

if i had 700 to spend right now it would be a tuner. then id save for a Gt rear, since you want to go with a turbo. you may have to replace the 7.5 rear when you want more boost. just a thought

It depends on where you live. If you were close to me, it would be a 12-pack of beer and pizza.......

The livewire's hp/tq estimation functions are about as accurate as asking guys on the forum.
