Default A/C not turning on radiator fan

A/C clutch is not getting power on my son's 97. I have verified Hi and Low pressure switches are closed. With jumper wire from high pressure switch compressor runs, but radiator cooling fan does not run, until engine warms up. This is a V-6 car, and the Chiltons shows a module that controls the radiator fan and compressor clutch. Any thoughts? I have asked AutoZone and O'Reilly's for replacement. They are not comming up with anything. Is this a salvage yard item?

Thanks

Sean

It sounds like your CCRM.

Is there refridgerant in the AC system? If it is not charged, it will not turn on the compressor.......

Yes it has refrigerant and both pressure switches are closed. So it is the CCRM. Thanks

Picked up a 97 Crown Vic CCRM. Replaced and it has cold air!!

A CCRM is a Constant Control Relay Module. It has multiple relays inside it. One for the electric fuel pump, Radiator fan, A/C Compressor and Radiator Fan. It is located on the passenger side engine compartment. Directly behind the air intake and air filter. At Pick and Pull it was only $11.00. VS on Ebay up to $80.
