Default Please gear oil help

Hi, I have a 2006 V6 Manual tranny Mustang, and I need change gear oil, which SAE is correctly for my Tremec T5??

You use Universal ATF in your transmission. About 3 quarts or so......

u used royal purple..because i had it.

valvoline ATF runs real good in fords.

Hi,
ATF on manual transmision too? no high viscosity? like 75W90 per exemple?

Yes, ATF in a manual transmission too...... The only specific fluids for trannys are Redline or B&M for TKO's, or Ford ATF for C4's or AODE's.......

75-140w is reccomended for the rear end......

Hi,
I have a 1979 Mustang in restoration project, have a SROD 4 speeds transmision, and I have the same question to my 2006, what transmision oil is correct for the 1979 SROD?
