Question 1998 weird noise while driving

Ok so heres the deal sometimes when i back up then start to go forward I hear a single pop noise come from the front of my car not sure what it is sound like its coming from the wheel area. Secod there seems to be an almost brake rubbing noise coming from the rear wheels while driving just like the brakes are stuck I thought maybe my caliper is sticking cause i cant seem to stop the way disk brakes should A little to much brake pressure to stop completely. any help would be great

that noise in that back is it like a low hum?? just like something you'd hear if your idiot friend was in the back going "mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm" if so thats deff your rotors. something is grinding on em, i heard that noise too and my right rear rotor basically ate thru from the calipers and pads.

and where did you hear the pop exactly. its in the front obviously but in the dash? closer to the floor? have someone stand in front of your car and listen for it. if it happens every time you reverse then go forward open the hood and listen for it. i have a rickety ass stang so i cant say i have that problem because everything on my car squeaks and rattles

is the sound like someone with a pretty heavy boot kicks the underside of your car really hard about where you think the front end of ur transmission would be?

mines auto and it does it .. only on rare occasion tho.. usually only when its really cold out and even so its been a long time since its happened.. so i assume its no big deal.. and it might not even be related to what we're talking about here
