Steering Stops. URGENT.

Hi mates...
I got new wheels and I need to install steering stops...
Can anyone show me where and how do I have to install them?
Do I need anything else?

It says nothing....

I've seen by my own eyes that I need the steering stops....I got the ones recommended for my wheels but I have no idea where to put them...and as I'm living in Italy the people who works with these things doesn't know either...so....That's why I need pictures, tutorial or similar things to solve this problem....

Finally, and just for helping others....the steering stops are enough....so I have new wheels....
