1999 Rearview mirror temp gauge fuse location?

I have a 1999 Ford Mustang V6, the temp/comp gauge on the rear view mirror does not work, I searched the owners manual and could find nothing on the subject, nor could I find a fuse relative to it. The "black box" behind the mirror contained what looked like a 5pin harness and a small circuit board looking thing, is there a small battery or a fuse I'm not seeing anywhere? thanks for your help

my suggestion to you would be to get a testlight and check all your fuses.
