Actually the motor mounts and k-member should be fine to use. Yes, he would need to swap them out if it were a 96+ V6 but it is not so it should not matter. The 94-95 V6 is much easier to swap the 5.0 into than it is to swap into the 96+ V6's so it should not be too hard. I believe that their are people on this forum who have done the swap. I know their are on other forums if not here.

I am usually the first person to say skip the V8 swap, but for the 95 and older cars it makes alot of sense since it is not nearly as hard doing a 5.0L swap and the results are quite satisfying considering the huge performance gains over the older V6 engines.

True story on that. Swapping in the 5.0L and doing the GT40 swap with a cam is good for some decent power and would be cheaper to make 280hp including the 5.0L swap than it would be to get the single-port their. Well, potentially cheaper at any rate. lol
