yes, it will fit but you also need a set of split-port heads from a 99+ 3.8L; along with some other things.

If you are asking whether just the split-port intakes will fit onto the single-port engine then the answer is no. At least not unless you want to engineer some kind of plate between the intakes and heads that would cost you three times what the actual swap itself would cost.
