2004 Mustang V6-Idling noise...Please help!

About a week ago i started my car, 04 v6 manual, and this horrible sqeeking noise is coming from the engine bay and I hear it inside the car as well its very loud, it sounds like forks and knives scrating against a plate. I changed the idler pully, tension pully and the belt and the noise is still there and I am out of ideas, please help Thanks!

Does it have A/C?

yes, and when i turn the a/c on the noise dosent change..
