Default 1994 Ford Mustang V6 no fire

I have a 1994 Ford Mustang with the 3.8 V6 recently replaced oil pan, after doing so car would not crank I determined it not to be firing, placed it in the shop and the guy said it was not getting an RPM signal so suggested replacing the crank postion sensor did so and it still doesn't run and still not firing. Anybody have any ideas?

1. Find a new shop. Any shop that throws parts at cars without proper testing needs to be closed down.

2. Does it have spark?

3. Does it have fuel pressure?

Did you remove the engine grounds? Do you have power going to the coilpack? Check the wires going to it with a test light with the ignition on. (3 signal, 1 constant power) Does the CEL light go on if you turn the key to the "on" position?
