No offense, but little of what you have said is correct and does not apply to what he is asking. The suspension is pretty much the same between the GT and V6 cars. The balance issue only applies when using certain different year V6 motors since the motor/
tranny needs to be swapped for the 4.6L motor to fit in.
It would be easier to run a 94 drivetrain since little to nothing from the 98 4.6L drivetrain is the same as what you have. Lucky for you that you have a full parts car, that makes the swap doable. The only real issue is the amount of work and time it is gonna take to pull it off.
