Default 1998 Mustang v6 differential swap

Hey guys,

I had this decellerating whine coming from my rear differential every time i took my foot of the gas.

After a lot of searching on the web i've concluded it must be the pinion bearing thats giving out.

I've found a complete rear differential at the junkyard, im just wondering: Is it easy to replace the complete thing?

Which steps are involved and how long would it take?

Thx

What year rear end is it? The swap is pretty easy if you have access to tools.....

You better have a good jack and some tall stands, 'cause this ain't something you can ramp on.
