Default Opinions on flat black paint on a 03?

what do people think of a flat black paint job...i like it cause it will give that rugged kind of old sittin outside look?...

I considered it for a long time. Do you know how hard it is to keep flat black clean or how hard it is to clean it so you do not ruin the paint? I would not do it...

interesting idea, but everyone who sees it will probably assume its just primer.

lol to be honest im not sure if it would look "stealthy" or just plain ghetto.

I've always wanted to see it myself. I've seen a Z06 that was (Don't ask me why you'd do that to the already beautiful paint on a Z06) But it looked mean and so sick. I'm not really a chrome and shine guy myself though. I think a dusty black muscle car looks bad-ass. Great example The Mercury couger in from dusk till dawn. It's always grabbed me the same way the 67 fastback did in Bullitt and the Black charger. Also the duece in two lane blacktop. Put some pics up if you end up doin it dude
