Default 1995 Mustang V6 Trouble starting

Hi Its been a while. I've been working on my 95 3.8L and it has been running o.k. I finally bought my water pump to put on because it had been running hot. Anyways I got in to turn it on and move it, and it wouldn't crank. Gas was on the line so I added some but still won't crank. Baught Starter fluid and nothing, It sounds like it wants to but, boggles out. Any ideas, I'm lost. It was cranking just fine before. Had just used it about 2 hours before I wanted to move it.
